Waterworks did our tub and tiles in our main bathroom. They did a wonderful job. They came back quickly to fix a problem we had with the hot and cold water being reversed (old house). Very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Waterworks is an excellent company they do top quality work. Their rates are reasonable and they back up their work.

I had a grout issue caused by some painters after water works redid my bathroom and they sent a guy in to fix it free. Very courteous.

The condo board board had all kinds of questions and concerns and water works took care of all that for me. They treated me and my concerns very well.

I would give them 5 stars and they deserve five stars for their business alone, but they are connected to other businesses, suppliers, that are bringing them down.

Their suppliers are slow, they sent in a damaged shower door that had to be sent back and I ended up picking another type. Some of the stuff I wanted they couldn't get for months so I chose something else.

I don't know what suppliers are like for other contractors or if this is normal or what but these problems with other businesses are their only failing.

Waterworks staff are all professional, courteous, and reliable.
Our installer was always on time and worked long hours to finish our remodeling project. A very positive experience. We would certainly recommend this company.

Working with Warren and his team was enjoyable, and we are so happy with how our new ensuite turned out! Quality work, (shower, fixtures, wall tile, floor tile and counters), considerate & talented installers, and overall a great value for the nature of the project. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Warren and staff at Water Works. It started in the showroom after meeting Warren, hearing we were interested in a new walk-in shower he proceeded to help us planning, showing the many possible choices and he even gave us tile samples to take home.
Corey and Dave comprised the work crew that showed up on time and immediately started work by laying tarps to protect our rug and tile floors. We were impressed with their expertise overcoming any obstacles that appeared. They were also able to save the large mirrors which we had in each bathroom. The quality of their workmanship was first class. They were always professional, punctual, and polite.
We were very pleased to have dealt with Water Works and have recommended them to friends and family.
